The new Army name will be the Club Penguin Orange army, this name was agreed upon by all members attending the merge. The new uniform was done by CapnCook the CPP leader. The uniform is in his control unless the soldiers vote to change it.
Section 2: New Chat and Site
The new chat will be done by Orange2224 an old black jacket legend. He has the power of the chat and it’s rules but if he abuses or soldiers disagree on what is happening it can be changes. The new site will be done by Mijos all merge meeting members will be admin on site and will remain even after they retire unless they we’re impeached or discharged dishonorely. mijos has full control of site and if he kills I will make a back-up site.
Section 3:CPP and Black Jacket Leader Powers
The old CPP and Black jacket leader will be the supreme commanders of the new army and be able to make all the decisions. One thing they don’t have a choice over is the term time 6 months unless in a crisis.Elections will be done only by registered orange army people on xat.

TREATY NUMBER 3 MERGE BETWEEN TOCP AND CPOA
On this day August 15, 2009, the CPOA have merged with the TOCP. The TOCP stands for Tigers of Club Penguin. We are keeping our site and they’re keeping thiers. We are doing a temporary merge in order to see who will prosper more. We will merge with them for two weeks and if it doesn’t work out we will merge into them for two weeks. But we keep our site.
