Hello Club Penguin Orange Army…Its been some days since my retirement…But remember something, this goes to all of you retired troops, Once a member, Always a member(Semper F1, Once a marine, always a marine). Ok So we are going to merge, In order of Mijos, Head of Congress and one of founders and one of main leaders, to another army and another army, which will be DW, but with a different name. It is an order from Mijos for everyone!!! To comment saying that you are active, Those who dont will be permanantly Fired from CPOA and out of the CPOA Empire. Promotional War

When I say “Promotional War” I don’t mean it like you would think. If anyone could find someone to go to war with I’d be happy to promote you. My ways are different than other people and I want to make this army sky-rocket. So first one to schedule a war gets the promotion. And I’m talking big promotion.

Ranks Restart

I find this the best way to get an active count. People won’t get interested if it just says ACTIVE COUNT! In cap, Italicized, and Bold, and colored even. You have to do something to them if it is a small army. So I did this, rastarted the ranks and when I see people become more active, they will get thier ranks back or just get promoted. I hope you all are active. By the way, bye Mijos You should’ve stayed.

in. I am in BB, FGR, CPOA, CPP, and soon ST, the armies after thinking to stay with were BB(Leader),
FGR(Major,3rd in Command), and ST(TBD[TO BE DEFINED]). Well I leave you in a good position, I am
retiring my Main Leader rank, so I'm Leaving Capncook in charge, but he will have to choose a Main
leader to be With him in Power, Well thats all for a while I might return, But i doubt, I leave
this army with the power To grow.
